The Rochester & Genesee Valley Area Labor Federation meets quarterly as a regional Federation. Delegates are selected from each of the Central Labor Councils throughout the region. 

The Rochester & Genesee Valley Area Labor Federation represents nearly 100,000 workers in over 200 affiliate unions.
