The Rochester & Genesee Valley Area Labor Federation, AFL-CIO represents over 100,000 workers in the building trades, manufacturing, the public sector, the federal sector, health care and other service jobs. 

In our 11 counties together, our voice is amplified throughout the region.

Together, we have the ability to influence practices and policies that affect working people across Upstate New York.

Together, we will work to make our communities the envy of all others by electing legislators that support our interests, negotiating contracts that build a middle class, and encouraging participation in community activities that lend aid to the less advantaged.
