Ida Braiman was a Ukrainian Jewish garment worker killed while on strike for better working conditions in Rochester, New York. Her death brought statewide attention to the 1913 Rochester Garment Workers' Strike.

We will visit her gravesite for a remembrance at 4:30 and then re-convene at 5:30 for a labor history presentation on the 1913 strike and other critical local labor history at the Charlotte Branch Library (3557 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612)
